DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT by JONI D. at InsiderPages
I'VE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 2 YEARS AND YES YOU DO HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME BUT SHE IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT. SHE SPENDS PLENTY OF TIME WITH YOU WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN TO MAKE IT WORTH THE WAIT.

Not worth the wait time by Kim A. at InsiderPages
I have gone to Dr. Tsang for over a year, and every time I've seen her (which hasn't been that often) I've had to wait over 2 hours. I went in a few months ago (with an appointment)and waited to see her for 3 1/2 HOURS! It was over 4 hours before I left the building. The last time I went in a few weeks ago, I had an appt. and waited an hour and a half in the waiting room and then left. Needless to say, I'm switching to someone else. I give her 2 stars instead of 1 only because she is a really good doctor, but who has that kind of time to waste?? It's ridiculous.

Not worth the wait time by Kim A. at InsiderPages

One Wonderful Physician! by Jai S. at InsiderPages
Dr. Pardo is an excellent Dr. Although he is older, I think he is one of the best physicians that Springfield has to offer. The waiting room is a nice environment, and all of the staff is wonderful! He is a pediatrician and a pediatric endocrinologist. He is very thorough with all that he does I just think he is a wonderful Dr. and would recommend him to anyone who needs a Dr. for their kids!
